Highland Creek is a subdivision that’s almost a small town! There are about 4500 homes in this subdivision located in north east of Mecklenburg County and extending across the Cabarrus County line. Ballantyne is located just south of the I-485 loop between Rea Road and Pineville. Homes in this area are almost exclusively in newer subdivisions with houses starting in the mid $200s and going up into the $1million+ range.
