It’s the perfect location for commuters who work in the uptown during the week but who want to be close to Lake Norman at the weekend. Shopping at nearby Northlake Mall and easy access to Concord Mills Mall as well as wide variety nearby parks, recreational activities and schools with good reputations makes this a popular choice for families.
